Civilian evacuations in eastern Ukraine are intensifying as active front-line areas face relentless drone strikes. There have been mandatory evacuation orders for families with children. Adaptive Relief Collective (ARC) is out there everyday helping to evacuate civilians and deliver humanitarian aid.
WHAT WE DO
CIVILIAN EVACUATIONS
ARC goes where many international humanitarian organizations either can’t or won’t. Helping civilians evacuate from their lifelong homes is a deeply difficult and sensitive process. Our team of drivers, medics and translators work to ensure the safety and well being of all of those we help evacuate.

HUMANITARIAN AID
Many villages and towns near the frontline are cut off from the normal methods for getting food, water and sanitary supplies. We work to ensure that these people are not abandoned. Food, clothing and medicine – tonnes of humanitarian aid delivered to villages and towns near or at the frontlines.
How You Can Help
100% of every dollar will go to providing humanitarian and disaster relief aid directly to local communities, families and individuals.
Our team of volunteers (drivers, medics and coordinators) often drive 6-10 hours or more each day transporting displaced people or delivering humanitarian aid. Fuel costs are a major challenge – sometimes the difference between helping a families get out of harms way or facing more Russian attacks, is a tank of gas. Our vehicles also take a beating on the war scared roads in eastern Ukraine – flat tires, damaged suspensions, and broken transmissions are all too common.
