This man was born in 1942, during World War II. He worked as a driver for 30 years and built his own house But now he was almost completely blind. His wife evacuated a month ago, but he refused to leave because the shops were still open, and he believed the war would end any day now.
It was heartbreaking for him to abandon the house where he had personally laid every single brick.
However, due to constant shelling and the lack of electricity at home, all the shops were destroyed, leaving him unable to buy bread or other groceries.
For three days, he had no contact with his family because his phone was dead. Fortunately, he has now been safely evacuated to rejoin his family

The couple has been married for 52 years and lived their whole life in a village that was hit by missiles; the wife was wounded, and other neighbors, unfortunately, were killed.
This family has nowhere left to go because their home is destroyed, and Russian drones constantly hunt for civilians.
Currently, we are evacuating them to a safe place, and later we will find them a permanent place to live.
